Boats can be boarded from the moorings behind 'The Ferry' public house.

Leave the M4 at junction 7 and head for Maidenhead. At the A4 roundabout take the first exit and stay on the A4 for approximately 3 miles as far as Maidenhead Bridge. Immediately over the bridge by the Texaco garage turn right at the mini roundabout into ‘Ray Mead road’ (A4094) – signposted Cookham / Bourne End.

Follow the A4094 with the river on your right hand side, for about 2.5 miles, until you come into Cookham.

‘The Ferry’ public house is on the right just before Cookham bridge and is the departure point for our boats.
