| From the M3 |
| At Junction 1 of the M3 turn left onto the A308 “Staines Rd West”. At 1st major junction turn left into “Windmill Rd” (A244). Continue along the A244, under the M3 which becomes “Upper Halliford Rd” then becomes “Gaston Bridge Rd” and finally becomes “Walton Bridge Rd”. |
| Cross over the Thames at Walton Bridge. Take the 3rd turning into “Bridge Street” (A3050). After 1500m turn left into Waterside Drive. |

| From the A3 take the A309 “Kingston Bypass” heading towards Hampton Court. After about 2km turn left into “Hurst Rd” (A3050) just before Hampton Court Bridge. |
| Follow “Hurst Rd” which becomes “Terrace Rd” for about 1.5km then turn right into Waterside Drive. |
| Once parked, there follows a short walk along the towpath to Sunbury Lock. |
