Henley Regatta

Held between the end of June and the beginning of July this premier event on the River is best enjoyed from on board one of our fleet.

We offer a complete days hospitality starting from our landing stage downstream of Henley returning back in the early evening. During which time the boat cruises the regatta course to view the racing and soak up the whole unique Henley atmosphere.

Similarly you can charter these boats to provide trips from your own hospitality enclosure.

We aim to offer a bespoke event tailored to your requirements, but as a starting point we have designed our Henley Regatta Package.

EMBARKATION AND ROUTE

Depart from Hurley Lock cut served by nearby car park, travel upstream towards Henley, passing through Hambledon Lock to arrive at Henley Regatta.

Throughout the afternoon, cruise the length of the Regatta course up to Marsh Lock.

ITINERARY

11.00 am – GUESTS EMBARK to be served freshly brewed coffee, tea and orange juice with a selection of mini Danish pastries and homemade shortbread.

12.00 midday – CANAPES & DRINKS reception served – consisting of four canape bites per person and drinks being either Pimms or Champagne. See drinks options 1 to 4 HENLEY DRINKS PACKAGES >>

1.30 pm – LUNCH consisting of luxury, cold fork buffet. See menu options HENLEY HOSPITALITY PACKAGE >>. To be served with wines from drink options 1 to 4.

4.00 pm – AFTERNOON TEA served on return cruise to Hurley Lock. (Tea menu).

5.30 pm – ARRIVE BACK at Hurley Lock for disembarkation.
